We collect non-personally identifiable information about you that does not track any activity after you've left the sites maintained. Enterprise customers may be asked to provide name, address, email, and phone number, and other personally identifiable items in order to fulfill delivery of the product and collection of payment. We do not collect any personally identifiable information about you unless you voluntarily submit such information to us, by, for example, signing up for an enterprise account. 2- USE OF INFORMATION We will only use the information you provide to us for the purpose for which such information was provided.


We do not use your IP address, but for traffic analysis purposes. (the analytics provider may use it to indicate your general location: city/state).


We do not use cookies.


The Company uses industry standard security measures to protect the loss, misuse, disclosure, and alteration of the information under our control, including information provided to us by enterprise customers. All other data is owned by each individual user and under that user's control. There is no central database that would expose user data, so the Company reminds users that they must secure their individual devices to maintain the highest-level security possible.


The Company may be required to disclose personal information in response to a lawful request by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements. The Company can and will only disclose the required information we have; we will not be able to provide any personal information related to your activities over Dclouds as we don't have access to it.


The Company complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union and Switzerland to the United States, respectively. The Company does not control nor have access to any data provided through the use of the software. All data is stored and maintained by each individual user. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern.

In compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield, the Company commits to resolve complaints about your privacy and our collection or use of your personal information. The Company service allows its users the right to access their data or modify information previously provided. This may be done through a variety of channels. Since each user owns their data, they can delete or modify that data within the software provided by the Company or they can delete the data by accessing the storage provider they have selected. The Company's enterprise customers may request to edit or remove personal data stored as part of their account registration by contacting the Company at Hi@dclouds.online
